Jaylene Bzura is the Client Service Manager at Third Act Wealth Management. Originally from Florida, Jaylene worked in some of the top hotels in the country, where she honed her skills in hospitality and learned how to deliver an exceptional client experience. In her role at Third Act Wealth Management, Jaylene is dedicated to ensuring an exceptional client experience by handling back office support, addressing the administrative needs of clients, and maintaining client satisfaction through diligent follow-up on tasks and communication. Her proactive approach and attention to detail help create a seamless and efficient client service process.

Prior to joining Third Act Wealth Management, Jaylene worked in a similar capacity at JPMorgan, where she served financial practices across the East Coast. Her experience at JPMorgan honed her skills in client service management and provided her with a strong foundation in the financial services industry.

In her free time, you'll find Jaylene attending the best country concerts, or taking a road trip to mark off a goal of visiting all 50 states.
