Al Morrow

Serving as a paraplanner with ThirdAct represents my third act professionally.

I began my career as a relationship manager, spending 11 years working with Fortune 500 companies and large privately held businesses throughout the Midwest to address their capital needs. In 2014, I moved to Bentonville, Arkansas, where I joined Walmart’s Finance Technology organization as a program and project manager. In that role, I helped deliver the largest private SAP S/4HANA upgrade.

I also collaborated with software engineers in the United States and India on SAP applications, including Data Services, as well as SAP modules such as Accounts Payable, Treasury, and Tax. I grew up in Chicago and its suburbs and also lived outside Seattle while serving in the U.S. Army. I hold a B.S. in Finance and an MBA.  I am a candidate for CFP® certification. My wife is a podiatrist, and our children attend the University of Arkansas.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing indoor and sand volleyball and reading U.S. military history, particularly the American Civil War.
